Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

News and Information

In a survey of 124 businesses, nearly 20% said their organizations had experienced more physical security incidents in 2021 compared to in 2019. 2022 has not shown a decline in these physical security threats. Uping security at your company is so important during these unprecedented times. It may not seem like a security guard is necessary at first, but security incidents happen every day.

Your company deserves protection from anything that could happen but protecting your facility, employees, and customers can feel overwhelming. You can’t do it yourself, but you also can’t trust just anyone. Choosing a private security company to handle everything for you guarantees that your physical security needs are in the right hands. Here are 5 reasons why you should hire from a security agency:

1. Peace of Mind

The mere presence of a trained security guard is enough to put people at ease. Your staff and customers will have a sense of security knowing that they are protected by someone who has been trained to respond to any type of security threat that may occur. Having this safe environment can boost employee retention rate and increase the number of customers that will want to frequent your business. Security guards can do a foot patrol, help at the front desk, or even review CCTV video feeds. If you have multiple security guards, all of these tactics can be used simultaneously. With trained professionals, you can rest assured knowing that your business is well protected.

2. Assist Customers

Having a security guard doesn’t just ensure protection. These guards can also assist customers with their needs. Your security guard will know every inch of your building and can act as a guide to any wandering customer. If they are helping at the front desk, they can also provide receptionist services like greeting visitors and answering phones. If your business is open late hours, your security guard can even escort anxious employees or customers to their cars. Having a security guard who can provide all of these services will not go unnoticed. Your consumers and staff will feel safe and taken care of at your business.

3. Faster Help

With a trained security guard on the premises, you won't have to worry about waiting for the police to arrive if an incident occurs. During a dangerous situation, response time is so important in order to minimize injuries. Your security guard will be able to handle everything while the police are driving to the scene. Damages can be kept to a minimum with your guard monitoring the threat and keeping everything contained. Having a trained security guard on-site can prevent a lot of injuries.

4. Work With the Best

Hiring a security agency ensures that your security guard is a professional. Private security companies have an extensive screening process for their employees that even includes background checks. These background checks are so important because, depending on the needs of your business, your security guard could be armed with a weapon. Potential guards have to show that they have no criminal record, pass a fingerprint test, and pass a state of mind test in order to carry a gun. These precautions are set in place to allow you peace of mind knowing that you’re company is in good hands.

5. Customized Security

Every business has different needs and in turn, requires a custom security plan. This plan includes everything from how many guards will be on the premises to what walking routes each one will have. In this plan, the agency will also outline what services the guards will be providing. This is all based on what you want to gain from having security guards. They can serve the sole purpose of protecting the facility, employees, and customers or take on other roles like receptionist assistance and CCTV monitoring.
